                                                            Lessons Learned, the Hard Way

Lessons learned by the lady snuggled on the couch with the heating pad on her lower back.

Do stretch your spine by doing slow gentle toe touches.

Don’t do them in front of mirrored closet doors…in your underwear.

Do soak in a hot bubbly tub with only candle light.

Don’t leave the bathroom door open if your cat likes to swat you when you have your eyes closed.

Do take an anti-inflammatory.

Don’t forget you have already taken an anti-inflammatory.

Do allow hubby to bring you lunch.

Don’t allow hubby in the kitchen unsupervised.
